ICC Institute training: international arbitration for Romanian in house lawyers
Join us for this two-day training on ICC international arbitration. This ePIDA is mainly designed for Romanian and Romania-based in-house lawyers, with limited places for Romanian practitioners.
This e-training will provide participants with a first-hand experience and understanding of the ICC Arbitration procedure through practical and interactive sessions. Participants will study the arbitration proceedings through a mock case under the ICC Rules of Arbitration. This will be a 2-day e-training that will draw upon the experience of arbitration practitioners to meet the practical needs of those involved in international trade. It will simulate how ICC Arbitration functions. Participants will develop first-hand experience and knowledge of the ICC Rules of Arbitration, as well as the practice of international commercial arbitration, tools that have become essential in today’s international business environment. Emphasis will be on corporates’ point of view and on the Romanian context.
